CAD Model Enhancement with Pipework Integration
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I'm seeking a skilled CAD professional to modify my existing Fusion 360 model. The task involves incorporating pipework between Flanges in model. major components are in the correct position, but connecting pipework and mating flanges are needed.
Key Requirements:
- add in mating flanges, and model in pipework to connect components
- Where possible, use seamless tube construction with Swagelok tube fittings for joints.
- Flanges are PN16 type and various sizes
- routing is shown in attached screenshots
- where routing shows pipework going nowhere, these are connecting to reactors that are not modelled. If you can give me an open ended pipe I will sort the rest.
- Need to include 2 swing type check valves, locations shown in routing sketch. These valves need to be horizontally mounted. These and associated pipework should be mounted such that they do not interfere with the central flange on the vessel as a large sensor will be mounted in there. This pipework also needs to be fitted with a pressure relief valve.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Fusion 360.
- Extensive CAD modelling experience.
- Good understanding of pipework design.
