3D CAD Model Creation from Car Blueprint

I have a car blueprint in JPEG/PNG format that needs to be transformed into a 3D model. The 3D model should capture the basic shape and structure of the vehicle. The final product should be delivered as an STL file.

Ideal skills for this project:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with 3D modelling
- Ability to work from blueprints

Please note, I do not require a detailed exterior and interior or a highly detailed model with intricate parts. Just a basic shape and structure will suffice.
