3d CAD FILE for shoes

I am looking for a 3D CAD file for a pair of shoes I am designing. The shoes should be designed for sneakers and made out of EVA foam. I have some specific design or reference images I can provide, and I will need both a single view and multiple views of the shoe in the CAD file. I need a freelancer to make the design we have.
