CAD Expert for Tubular Steel Frame (Disability/Mobility Device)

I'm looking for a CAD designer to turn a colour‑coded reference image into a manufacturing‑ready tubular steel frame for a rugged disability/mobility device designed for use in East Africa. The work includes creating a 3D CAD model (SolidWorks or Fusion 360) and 2D drawings with full dimensions, tube specifications (OD, wall thickness, bend radii), and precise bolt‑lock joint designs. Specifically seeking someone with experience designing mechanical locking joints and bolted structural connections, rather than welded assemblies.

Will provide the reference image, initial dimensions, material (steel), and key functional requirements. The final deliverable should be a complete CAD + drawing package ready for fabrication quotes in China and East Africa.
