CAD and 3d Drawing of a plastic cap

Hello all
I need a technical drawing service from a student or unexperienced worker.
I already have the technical drawing with measurements and design. I just need it re-drawn, copied, but to a DWG file and rendered.
The original file you’ll get is similar to the one attached. I’ll need:
1. Exact same drawing, scale, measurements, colors, labels
2. Apart from that you’ll need to add: overview and bottom view.
3. You’ll need to detail design the internal part of part X, copying data from the file number 2.
4. Last but not least, you’ll need to generate a 3d file formats OBJ, STEP, STL. File should be:
1. With opened cap
2. With closed cap
