3D CAD Drafter for Polyethylene Tank

I'm in need of a skilled 3D CAD Drafter who can help me create a 3D Step File of a polyethylene storage tank system. We have a 2D PDF drawing with exact fitting degree locations with radius and elevations. We have a generic 3D CAD drawing that we want to combine the two drawings into one for our customers. Not all clients require a 3D CAD Step file, but we want to have a reliable drafter on hand for when we do. We have customer currently that is requesting one.
Key Requirements:
- Convert 2D PDF and generic 3D CAD drawings into a precise 3D Step file.
- Ensure the model is in STEP format.
- Accurately represent exact dimensions and measurements, material properties, color, and texture in the 3D model.
- Prioritize dimensional accuracy over visual appeal or ease of modification.
Ideal Skills:
