1. I am designing a 500 watts vertical axis wind turbine. i need CAD design for 3D printing its turbines. The design should be having detailed specification to match the required output and be suitable for low wind speed conditions. Other aspects required to be provided by the designer are as under:

Blade Dimensions, Height Diameter , thickness and profile details need to be provided by the designer

Blade Shape & Airfoil Profile: Mention any specific airfoil section (e.g., NACA profiles like NACA 0018, NACA 0021)
Blade Material: Suggested material
Number of Blades: Define whether it is a two-blade, three-blade, or multi-blade design
Mounting & Connection Details: Provide details on how the blades will be fixed to the turbine
Structural Reinforcement: If any reinforcement or stiffeners are required
3. Design Requirements
Aerodynamic Considerations: Should improve torque efficiency
Weight Considerations: Lightweight but strong to handle wind loads
Load Calculations: Expected wind load handling capability
Rotational Speed & RPM Considerations: Design should support required speed range. The rated RPM is 300
Manufacturing Feasibility: Design should be easy to fabricate using available processes

The blades' height and diameter should follow the designer's recommendation based on optimal performance.The design is going to be 3 D printed hence the suggested design should be according to that parameters
