3D CAD Design for Residential Extension

We are seeking a 3D CAD drawing for a residential extension project, with the purpose of producing accurate visualisations for both planning and client presentation. The property is a two-storey detached house undergoing side and rear extensions. Key features to be included in the model are a balcony situated on the side extension, double doors opening onto the rear garden, and all four elevations—front, rear, and both sides—accurately represented. The model should reflect the final architectural design, including external materials such as brickwork and glazing, and should show rooflines, window placements, and any external architectural features like chimneys or skylights. We require a high level of detail suitable for visual presentation, and the output should include perspective views and elevation shots. Preferred file formats include .DWG or .SKP for editable use, alongside high-quality rendered images in PDF or PNG format. Supporting documents, including floor plans and elevation drawings, will be provided. We aim for a first draft within two weeks and final delivery within a month, subject to revisions. This drawing will form a key part of our planning and design process, so clear communication and precision are essential.
