CAD Design for Plastic CT-Compatible ID Tag
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a skilled CAD designer to create a detailed 3D model of a plastic ID tag for me.
Key specifications:
- The tag should be made from ABS plastic, as we want to switch from metal to plastic to prevent interference with CT imaging.
- The design needs to be a detailed model with textures and engravings. These tags will be ordered in sets of 12, each with the same unique identifier, so the model must accommodate this.
- The unique identifier should be represented as engraved on the surface of the tag.
- The size of the tag is approximately 1 1/2" X 5/16".
- The tags need to clip onto tissue and stay affixed throughout storage and handling.
The ideal freelancer for this project would have extensive experience in CAD design, particularly with detailed modelling and texturing. Previous work with designing for plastic manufacturing would be highly beneficial.
If this initial project goes well, we would like to place an order for thousands of sets of these tags, with the numbering being sequential after the first identifier (for example, S250000, S250001, S250002, etc.).
