3D CAD Design for Custom Extruder Disc

I'm looking for a 3D CAD freelancer who can take my, fairly simply, disc ideas from design to a completed item(s). The disc size is 57mm in diameter and 4mm thick. The discs have a pull through image which allows me to use an extruder (like a large caulking gun - I think it would be called a sausage extruder) to extrude a material similar to the viscosity modelling clay. The disc attaches to the end of the extruder and the material extrudes to the shape of the pull through image of the disc. I have image samples and videos I will send to help you understand the application of the disc. I will provide a drawing with available support info. Truely, a skilled 3D designer would find this a very easy project to undertake. I tend to have a new design project every few months. It would be ideal to have one skilled person to team up with so I don't have to start all over each time.
