CAD Bicycle Hub Modification

I'm seeking an experienced CAD designer to reverse engineer and modify a bicycle hub for a quadricycle design.

Key Requirements:
- Create accurate CAD drawings of the existing hub
- Implement structural changes and functional enhancements as specified
- Ensure designs are suitable for mountain biking, road biking, and recreational use
