Building modelling

I need a building model, done with 3d max and corona. There is no need for environment or renderings as it will be used as part of an existing project. ( just small test renders to check the details and quality are enough).
I need an experienced modeller to use high quality mesh, texture and plants.
A more detailed explanation will be given to the freelancer I choose to work on the building.
