3D Building constructions and 3D urban design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for cooperation with creative architects with a good technical and constructional understanding as well as bleeding heart for sustainability and a minimalistic approach.
it is mediating if you can make photorealistic images in Nordic environments.
The budget is based on your bids - not the other way around.
Autobids will be disqualified.

To enter the competition you must sign an NDA and the project cannot be used in your portfolio without written agreement from us.
The building method:
WOODBLOX is a system consisting of 3 lengths (300/450/600 mm) of massive WOODBLOX.
Each of the lengths is also available in a corner version.
The WOODBLOX must be laid in running bond and are assembled with plywood lists in top and bottom.

The Assignment:
Based on the document Oasis Bike 1A inspiration PDF you use WOODBLOX to make walls and floor constructions and add 3D bicycle, parking doors windows and roof details.
The construction base are EU pallets and OSD wood slates.
WOODBLOX models are available in .skb/.skp files and details are available in PDF
The needed outputs:
• 3D dwg model
• Exterior 3D CGI image based on model (Same as draft07.jpg example)
• Black/white image based on model (same as bl_wh_iso_const_vector.jpg example)
• Building plan (same as isometric.pdf example)
• Meassure plan (same as measures.pdf)
• Materials list (same as cons.pdf example)
The reward:
Besides the award, the right architect can look forward to work with both urban constructions as well as houses in our Scandinavian in a long-term cooperation and engagement.
At present there are twenty urban constructions as well as eight different building types that awaits architectural and constructional attention.
