3d Building art draw

I am looking to have a 3d Building art draw completed in a realistic style. I already have a specific building in mind for the artist to draw as well as landscape. This project will be as an idea to develop our property. I am seeking an experienced artist with prior experience with 3d building art drawings, especially of realistic architectural structures. Per the attached pictures, we want a wood pole pavilion with black framed glass garage doors to replace the tent on our property. The building will be 60x100 set width-wise with the interior having chairs facing a stage & solid back wall. The final product must be of high quality and fit the needs of the project.
