3D Building Render Modification

I need modifications to a 3D render of a building.

Specific changes include:
- Add metal sheets as cladding
- Resize existing windows
- Change window styles
- Add or remove windows
- Apply specific materials/finishes for windows as per my requirements
- Add wooden cladding in specific areas
