I am looking for a skilled 3D designer/architect to convert my 2D building plans into a detailed 3D model. The project includes transforming architectural drawings of a residential building into a high-quality, realistic 3D design suitable for presentations, construction planning, or virtual walkthroughs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in 3D modeling, particularly with architectural plans.
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
Ability to create realistic textures, lighting, and renderings for the 3D model.
Understanding of building materials and construction processes.
Experience with creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections in 3D.
Strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Deliverables:
3D model of the building, including interior and exterior details.
Rendered images or walkthroughs (if applicable).
All source files and necessary formats for review or modification.
