Building Front Rendering for Presentation

Require professional to create rendering of the building in the attachment and make the following changes. 1. remove all balcony furniture. 2. Add metal fence similar to the image attached to the top of front and side lower brick walls. 3. delete large hedge in middle of yard and replace with architectural shape tree.

Also provide second elevation with one of the centre blade walls deleted and the remaining one move to the centre, extend balconies to new centre blade wall.
