Building Facade Color and Sign Design

I am seeking a skilled designer to apply three specific paint colors to different sections of a one-story building and add a two-color, illuminated channel letter sign to the storefront facade. The work should be completed using Adobe Illustrator or a similar design tool. The output should look like a realistic photo of the building.

Key Requirements:
- Apply three specified paint colors to designated sections of the building (Benjamin Moore Marlboro Blue HC-153 to be applied at bottom of building to the 6th brick high, Benjamin Moore Palladian Blue HC-144 to be applied from the sixth brick to the bottom of the hardie board including the stucco section, Benjamin Moore White Heron OC-57 to be applied above the stucco to the hardie board section). Colors can be accessed from www.benjaminmoore.com.
- Design and add a 16-letter channel letter sign using the Lost Fish Font.
- Follow provided instructions for color application and sign placement.
- Use the provided photo of the building as a reference for the design.
- Deliver the final output in JPEG format.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.
- Experience with architectural color application and facade design.
- Ability to create visually appealing and accurate representations of building modifications.
- Familiarity with designing illuminated signage.

I will provide approximate dimensions for the storefront channel letter sign (see example photo for location of the sign. "Islander" should be in orange and "Ice Cream" should be in turqoise blue color. Your expertise in estimating and adjusting these dimensions as needed will be appreciated.
