Hi, I need a house plan with 2d and 3d for 2400sq.ft South facing plot as per vastu(60*40).

Requirements:
Duplex house. Stairs must be inside

Ground floor:
2 car parking
1 master bedroom(southwest corner)
1 guest room
Dining area
Living area
Kitchen(south east corner)
Pooja(west entrance)(photos must be east facing)
Common toilet
Entrance should be in south, centre or just two blocks away, not in southeast corner
Office/study room

First floor:
2 master bedroom
1 guest bedroom
1 common toilet

You are free to proide ideas for Terrace and Balcony. Can you please provide a quote so we can discuss further.

Note: South Indian architects are highly preferable.
