Build a small city block in 3D (SketchUp)

For a very small 'car driving-theory' project I need someone who can build a small city block containing:
- About 5-6 streets with bike lane's ( a bird view map will be sent to you )
- Some random buildings in Dutch (Netherlands) style
- Sidewalks

Provided:
- Map of the streets that have to be built
- Examples of how it should look like
- Descriptions
- Materials for the bike-lane, sidewalks
- Answers to all your questions

What you DON'T have to do:
- Traffic signs
- People/Cars
- Plants or trees

What you DO have to do:
- Streets
- Sidewalks
- Bike lanes
- Buildings
- Some road markings

Estimated time for the project:
- Maximum 7 days
