Build a professional 3D interactive experience to showcase a commercial property in WebGL

We need a talented architectural 3D modeler who has experience implementing a model into an online interactive experience.
The final deliverable should be a landing page that highlights the property located at 5901 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd Atlanta, GA 30328. This web page should be an interactive experience that allows users to interact with the building (IE by clicking different tags) to learn more about what makes the property special. Specifically, there needs to be a clickable interaction on the roof which shows how the 1 Megawatt solar installation is equivalent to 250 houses of energy consumption!
The primary buildings should be rendered and modeled to decent level of detail, but we do not need it too crazy. The surrounding area should highlight the roads and other local buildings, but do not need to be high poly at all.

This is the type of experience we are going for, although it doesn't have to be near as complex or in the same style.
We want something simple, but effective so that it can be used for marketing and to showcase the solar investment that has been made.
