Build 3D model by combining drone images and topographic data

I have a collection of geo-referenced drone (DJI Mavic Air 2) images of some land I'd like to build on and the surrounding area. I also have the corresponding topographic data of the area which is also geo-referenced (sourced from here https://www.linz.govt.nz/land/maps/topographic-maps/topo50-maps).

I would like to create an accurate representation of the landscape that can be used in a tool like Sketchup (or similar) so I can place a house model accurately and visualise aspects such as sun/shadow.
