Build 3D configurable model to work with my shopify website

I am starting a DIY wardrobe company. I have a shopify website with a product configurator app. I am looking for a 3D model to be made that will change as the customer makes their selections in the configurator. For instance the customer will pick the size of each cabinet, whats inside each cabinet, what the door colour will be, what the interior colour will be. I have a basic model of each style of cabinet in sketch up, but I don't know how to render it/make it look realistic. I can provide this sketchup model as a base. I would like the 3d Model to look quite real. I'd like the customer to be able to move it around, open and close the doors and zoom in and out with mouse scroll. If you are interested please let me know :)
