Build a 3d character for a human being from a photo

I want to give you a photo and receive a 3d model for the human in this photo. The required 3d model will contain only the upper part of the human body (look into the photo) which means I want only 3d bust model not the whole body. Take into consideration that the 3d model will be printed on a 3d printer so the model must be printable. I also want to add a simple stand below the model so that it can be put on a desk or any flat surface
