Build 3D Model of House Plans in Sketchup

Take full construction set of 4000 sq ft house plans and build a 3D model in Sketchup that is backwards compatible with Sketchup Pro 2019 and Layout to include foundation and framing plan, accurate placement of appliances, cabinets and furniture so that client can evaluate various interior and exterior finishes, fixtures etc. Best practices to include layers and groups; Vray a plus. Will provide 1/4": 1' scale detailed and dimensioned pdf files.
