Build a 3D Level Design for Unreal Engine

Hello! I would like someone that could help me with my project. I have developed a game in Unreal Engine 5.5. While most of the mechanics are developed, I would like some help with the art. I have attached a document explaining my needs, so I would like what do you think about the project, and what is your proposal for making 1 level, as well as experience and any question. Thanks!
