Budget Mini House

Naghahanap ako ng pwd mag design with 3d at costing base sa current rates ng materials in the Philippines for the mini project. Pwd ka dn mag suggest kung ano ang mas magandang material na gamitin na will last longer but not that expensive. Gusto ko ng bahay na 18meters x 18 meters na may terrace na 6x18. Isang room lng 10x9 with cabinets and ceiling fan, high ceiling 12 ft, toilet with shower and bath tub and sink 7x5, the rest will be divided into living room with ceiling fan at kitchen with ceiling fan. I want lots of hanging and under the counter cabinets in the kitchen, space for refrigerator and stove with oven, Granite counter tops and flooring preferred, exhaust in the kitchen and toilet, glass window with screen mag open pataas na may bakal sa labas makakapasok ang magnanakaw basta2, 2 doors with screen (kontr lamok), one by the terrace and 1 sa may kitchen or toilet. Terrace will be ballustrade 2-3ft, neutral color for paint (light yellow or very light green).
