Blueprints for a deck to submit for permit

I am looking for a freelancer to create blueprints for a large deck (over 300 square feet) for me with specific design features in mind. This is a large deck with specific areas of no railing. One side is ground level and then terminates at approximately 28” above the ground level. There will be a ledger board 2x12 pressure treated attached to the concrete wall of the existing structure.prefer the materials used to construct the deck be pressure treated ground contact lumber. The blueprints should be of professional quality in order to submit to the permit office. Timely delivery is essential and any advice and ideas from the designer is welcomed. Experienced freelancers in deck building and blueprinting are encouraged to apply.
