Blueprint and renders for a modern style home

I am looking to hire an experienced and qualified Blueprinter and Renderer to create blueprints and renderings of a modern style home to be built on a 200ft x 450ft lot. The lot slopes gradually along the 450ft side. The home will have a master bedroom, 3-4 flex rooms (office or bedroom), and should use wood for its main material. The blueprints and renderings should be professional and accurate. I am expecting a commitment to quality and solid craftsmanship including adherence to industry standards. Successful candidates should be highly experienced in the field, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to work with me to make sure I get exactly what I’m looking for.
