Blender scale 3D Modell help needed

I am not familiar with blender, but its installed on my workstation and I can run it. I need to create a 3D model, based on a existing rubber part 1:1. You need to help me and create a blender or a stl file that I can use it.
You must be familiar with blender and enable to create a exactly scaled model from an existing part, measured in mm. The model will then printed by me with an SLA resin 3D printer. The model has a lot of curves, so you need to be enable to build perfect rounded objects.
