Blender 3D modelling - re-creating detailed high poly models in low poly

Hi! My name is Ben and I'm after someone to help re-create 2 high poly blender models in low poly versions. This needs to be done in Blender with .blend file supplied at the end. We would also like any modifiers used throughout the creation to be supplied not applied. Any minor detail in the original high poly models can be left out of the low poly versions, but the physical size/scale of the new low poly versions needs to be exactly the same as the original thank you.
