Blender File Export to DXF and OBJ for Animation

I am seeking a professional to prepare a 3D file using Blender and Google 3D tiles through the Blosm(free add-on to Blender). The task involves creating a model of a site (0.6 x 0.7 km) based on provided coordinates using Google 3D tiles. Two files need to be exported from Blender in DXF and OBJ formats including model and textures.

Converting files from DXF to RCS using Autodesk Recap is an advantage.
