Blender Artist Needed for a Scene setup.

I have two OBJ files that need to be set in a 15-second Blender scene. The scene should be lit to resemble natural daylight, and I would like you to include 3D background elements. Everything will be provided you you just need to put light and camera movement which i will let you know and small animation. Please provide me with the source files again after creating the scene, as I will be rendering it myself. Budget is 30 CAD.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Blender
- Experience with lighting and scene composition
- Understanding of natural day light aesthetics
- Capability to create detailed 3D environments
