Biophilic Design Office Modeling & Rendering

I'm looking for an experienced 3D modeler and renderer to help bring my biophilic design concept to life. You will be working from my 2D AutoCAD drawings to create a detailed SketchUp model. The project is a two-storey office building, and the model should include full interiors and exteriors, complete with landscaping.
Key Requirements:
- Use of natural finishes and materials in line with a modern tropical style. This includes wood, stone, timber, and water features.
- High level of detail in the model, including full interiors with furniture and fixtures.
- Quick turnaround time - ideally within two days.
- Incorporation of sustainable and eco-friendly materials throughout the design.
- Integration of indoor plants to improve air quality and aesthetics.
- Effective use of natural light to enhance the indoor environment.
- Incorporation of water conservation features such as rainwater harvesting.
- Highlighting specific biophilic design elements like green walls and water features.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.
- Experience in biophilic and modern tropical design.
