Beekeeper Smoker Support Design

I need a hands-free device to hold my beekeeper smoker: a metal canister that holds smoldering (on fire) materials, at different heights. This device should be foot-activated, pushing a plunger that makes the smoker's accordion-style bellows puff out smoke.
Specifications:
- The device will primarily be used outdoors in fields
- It needs to be adapted from a metal adapter attached to a camera tripod
- The mechanism for the foot-activated plunger should be a simple, manual push
