Comprehensive 2D/3D Design & Walkthrough for 5.5 Acre Beach View Resort Development
Project Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced designer/team to create a comprehensive 2D site plan, 3D models, and a walkthrough animation for a new resort development on a 5.5-acre beach-view property. The primary goal is to visualize the overall layout and key structures of the resort. For this initial phase, we are focused on the exterior design and site planning; detailed interior design is not required at this stage.
Key Project Requirements:
2D Site Plan:
Detailed layout of the entire 5.5-acre property.
Clear demarcation of all proposed structures and areas.
Indicative landscaping and pathways.
Consideration for optimal beach views and accessibility.
3D Modeling (Exterior Focused):
Hotel: Conceptual exterior design.
Restaurant: Conceptual exterior design, potentially with outdoor seating areas.
Convention Hall: Exterior design, capable of accommodating 500 people. Thought should be given to entry/exit points and an imposing facade.
Small Park with Walking Area: Layout of green spaces, pathways, and seating areas.
Water Sports Activities Area: Conceptual layout for docking, equipment storage, and launch points (specific equipment modeling not essential, but the area should be defined).
Overall site context, showing the relationship between buildings, park, beach, and access points.
3D Walkthrough/Fly-through Animation:
A virtual tour showcasing the key areas of the development from a human-eye perspective and/or aerial views.
Highlighting the beach views and the integration of the different facilities.
Smooth transitions and good visual quality.
Scope of Work:
Understanding the project brief and site context (beach view, land area).
Developing a conceptual 2D site plan based on the requirements.
Creating 3D models of the specified structures (exterior only).
Integrating the 3D models into the site plan.
Producing a compelling 3D walkthrough animation of the proposed development.
Revisions based on feedback (please specify the number of revision rounds you expect, e.g., "up to 2 rounds of minor revisions").
Deliverables:
High-resolution 2D Site Plan (e.g., PDF, DWG format).
Source files for 3D models (e.g., SKP, MAX,BLEND, or as agreed).
High-resolution 3D renderings of key views (number to be agreed upon, e.g., 5-7 key views).
Final 3D Walkthrough Animation (e.g., MP4 format, HD quality).
Timeline:
We are looking to have this work completed within 3-5 days from the project award. Please confirm your availability and ability to meet this timeframe in your proposal.
