Basic 3D Models of My Flat

I'm looking for a talented 3D designer to create basic (furniture and walls) 3D models of my flat. The models should have a realistic visual style. The project will primarily focus on the following rooms: drawing room, bathrooms, and bedrooms, with a particular emphasis on the bathrooms, which should be modelled in greater detail.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
