I need a straightforward 3D model of a house with a flat roof. The design should be simple: basic shapes, basic colours. This model is intended for submission to the council for visual approval, so it should not be overly complex or detailed.
Key Requirements:
- The model should include windows and doors, as well as balconies or terraces.
- The final 3D model should be in a common, accessible format. I am open to suggestions, but it should be something that anyone can easily open.
