Basic 3D Gym Blueprint Rendering

I need a freelancer who can convert a 2D blueprint of a gym into a basic 3D rendering. The 3D model should encompass both the interior and exterior of the home.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender)
- Experience with architectural modeling
- Able to work from provided 2D blueprints
- Match moodboard styles to textures/colors in rendering
- Attention to detail in creating accurate models
