Basic 3D Design & Printing of Figurine

I'm looking for a simple figurine to be designed and printed using resin 3D printing. The figurine should be around 5-10 inches in height and the level of detail required is basic.

I have a basic STL file that needs (I think) small changes amongst multiple prints, such as add wood grain, make larger, create curved back, make it look like it’s drooling, etc.
