Basic 3D Artifact Replication for Personal Collection
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking for a freelancer who can create a basic 3D model of an artifact from a photo. The level of detail required is basic - shape and form only. The primary purpose of this 3D replication is for my personal collection, although I would consider having it posted for others' use online (not bothered if it were to be posted by you or myself with attribution).
For my purposes, I would be either 3d printing it and/or carving it with a CNC into wood. I would want the file in its' original format (dependent on the program you use) to minimize loss.
Recreate something similar to the uploaded photo, and extend the sides to include the mountain goats on each side. Fixing blemishes is OK, but the model shape should look very similar to the photo.

The original was carved in ivory, and is in the Louvre, I believe, but as from the 14th century BC, found in Syria - well in the common domain.
