Bangalore Home Interior Designer

I have just taken possession of a residential property in Bangalore and now need a complete interior design solution for the entire home. Because you will have to visit the site for measurements, material sampling and vendor coordination, you must already be based in the city; even an enthusiastic intern with solid design fundamentals is perfectly acceptable.

Scope
The brief covers every room—living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, passages and utility—as a single, coherent project rather than piecemeal make-overs. I want a Mix of styles that balances modern convenience with a few traditional touches and the calm of minimalist lines. Think clean cabinetry meeting a carved wall panel, or a pastel sofa offset by an artisanal rug; I am open to your creative interpretation as long as it feels harmonious.

Deliverables I need from you
• Concept mood board showing the proposed mixed style direction
• 2-D layout plans in AutoCAD (or similar) for furniture placement and civil changes
• 3-D visualisations or SketchUp renders to help me visualise the final result
• Itemised material and furniture specification sheet with local sourcing links
• Site supervision schedule so that carpenters, painters and electricians stay on track

Acceptance criteria
1. Every room must have an approved render before work begins.
2. Selections must fit within locally available materials and lead times.
3. Final drawings must be dimensionally accurate and ready for contractors.
