Balcony over dining room

I want to add a balcony over my dining room. I want to balcony to extend about 6 feet to create a roof over the patio. To access to balcony I want a round staircase. The extended bacony cannot have any pillars holding the balcony because of building code in our area. We want the balcony to have a roof. The railing of the bacony has to be in glass. The balcony will be 16 feet by 20 feet. The ceiling of the balcony needs to be open with beams showing.
