BIM Modelling for Road Infrastructure

I am working on a Road Design project and require support in converting my 2D drawings to a detailed Building Information Modelling (BIM). This task will particularly focus on the stormwater pipes and structures, as well as pavement structure. I am expecting a comprehensive and detailed 3D BIM model for these elements. Freelancers with expertise in Civil 3D and extensive knowledge in landscape development are preferred. Awareness in alignment, profile, and cross-section design will also be beneficial for this project.
