BIM Modeling in Revit from DWG/PDF Plans (LOD 350–400)

I have a DWG plan of a 200m2 house that need to be fully modeled in Autodesk Revit at LOD 350–400. The model should include detailed wall compositions, floors, roofs, doors, windows (as editable families), materials, and 3D views. Deliverables must include an editable .RVT file, with clean organization and proper naming.
