I’m preparing to construct a new 3-bedroom, hall and kitchen apartment and need a complete layout diagram accompanied by a cohesive modern interior scheme. The space will serve as a primary family home, so every decision must balance contemporary aesthetics with day-to-day practicality and comfort.
Scope of work
• Create a detailed floor-plan for the entire 3BHK before construction begins, showing furniture placement, circulation and service zones.
• Develop modern design concepts with colour palettes, finishes and lighting that feel fresh yet warm.
• Focus especially on the living room, kitchen and master bedroom while still tying the secondary bedrooms and bathrooms into the overall theme.
• Supply 3D visualisations or walkthroughs so my family can clearly picture the outcome.
• Provide working drawings (AutoCAD or similar) plus a specification sheet listing key materials, fixtures and fittings that are available locally.
• Suggest space-saving ideas and storage solutions suited to family living.
Acceptance criteria
1. Floor-plan aligns with standard building codes and room sizes supplied (I’ll share measurements on award).
2. Renders accurately reflect proposed materials and lighting.
3. All drawings delivered in editable CAD/PDF along with high-resolution images.
