Automated Dam Trashbin Conveyor

I need a floating trash-collection unit for a dam, inspired by the Seabin concept, but sized for mixed waste and paired with an automated conveyor that lifts the captured debris straight into a skip on the embankment. The system must work reliably in fluctuating water levels, cope with plastics, organics, and general flotsam, and run with minimal manual intervention.

Here’s what I expect:
• A complete engineering package—3-D model, fabrication drawings, motor and gearbox specs, power calculations (solar or mains), control schematic, and a basic PLC or Arduino logic chart for the conveyor.
I want 2d aketch of each drawings nd 3d modelling which could be redesign in autocad inventor
• A short deployment and maintenance guide that covers anchoring, cleaning intervals, and safety considerations in dam environments.
• A bill of materials with indicative costs and locally available substitutes.

Time is critical; I’m ready to review designs immediately and move to fabrication as soon as the concept is validated, so aim for an ASAP turnaround. Please attach a detailed project proposal that shows comparable work, outlines the milestones you would follow to hit the deadline, and explains how you’ll ensure the unit handles mixed waste without jams.
