The project scope includes:
- Creating 3D models: You should be able to translate conceptual designs into 3D models efficiently from give 2D sketch with AutoCAD.
- Rendering: Your expertise should include creating high-quality, realistic renderings for visualization purposes.
- Designing architectural plans: You should be able to work with architectural plans effectively, providing necessary modifications and enhancements in both AutoCAD and 3DS Max.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3DS Max is a must.
- A strong portfolio of past work, preferably showcasing 3D models, renderings, and architectural plans.
- Previous experience in architectural design or a similar field is highly valued.
