AutoCAD Land Map Boundary Merge

I have a small land map in DWG format and need the property boundaries consolidated. The current drawing shows several separate boundary polylines; these should become a single, clean perimeter while preserving all existing coordinates and survey accuracy. No new elements are required—just a precise merge of the existing boundary lines and any necessary cleanup of leftover vertices, gaps, or overlaps so the result plots perfectly.

Please work directly in AutoCAD (any recent version is fine) and keep layer names, units, and drawing scale unchanged. When you return the file, I would like:

• The updated DWG with the merged property boundary
• A plotted PDF so I can review the change quickly

I will mark the job complete once the new perimeter closes without errors, displays on its own boundary layer, and measures identically to the combined length of the original segments. Let me know if you need the CTB file or any additional reference info before you begin.
