I already have more than ten finished DWG files for a Grade-II listed, four-storey Georgian house in Westminster. The set covers plans, elevations and sections—including the new roof-extension design—and none of them need editing; they simply have to be exported to FBX.
Here is what I need from you:
• Convert every supplied AutoCAD drawing to an FBX file, keeping the original file names.
• Preserve layers, units, origin and any existing material assignments so the files drop straight into 3D or rendering software without further cleanup.
• Supply the FBX files in a neatly organised folder (ZIP is fine) together with a brief note confirming the software/version you used and any export settings that are important for re-import.
